CIM Founder/Director: Bishop Masika... 1

Bishop Masika, born in Masii in Ukambani area, Bishop Masika has been involved in the Ministry in Kenya for over three decades. This he did together with his wife from youth, the now Rev. Agnes Masika, while also serving in the Country's Ministry of Education as a teacher and Principal until the year 1997 when he left his teaching career for full time Ministry.

All along they had been involved in mobilizing Christian Professionals with hearts for missions for Ministry in Universities.
A High Schools and City Wide Missions. This proved quite instrumental in enhancing unity and bridging the gap between the mainstream Churches and the Charismatic Churches as they partnered in the preparation, proclamation and nancing of the in-depth District wide evangelistic enterprises. Some of these include the Embu Mission ‘87, Bungoma Mission '89, Hola Mission '92, The Great Machakos Mission '93, Kirinyaga Mission '94 and Taita-Taveta Mission '98 and the Nairobi Divine Impact Mission.

All these they did under the umbrella of The Revival Evangelistic Mission for Africa (REMA) which brought together a number of Christian Professionals and where the then Pastor and Evangelist Masika served as Director. It is this
same passion to make a difference in people's lives and the experience in mobilization that soon came to see this couple become pillars in the transformation efforts in Ukambani.

Bishop Masika serves as the founder and Director of Christian Impact Mission, a Non-Political, Non-denominational, Non-governmental development agency that has continuously sought to develop Models and Training tools for community Transformation.

He is also the presiding Bishop of the Victory Life International Churches.
